Amanda Davis is an American painter born in 1980.  She studied Fine Arts at the University of New Mexico as well as the local community college. Raised in predominantly Mexican neighborhoods, she became engrossed in street graffiti in her later teenage years, learning color and line work. She explored photography to master color and composition. Abstract painting became a compilation of her decades of art studies. She comes from multiple generations of female painters. She currently resides in Southern California.
